1.How long can i use the toupee?

We recommend to use it for half a year, but we also have customers use it for one year,Depends on how you care for your hair，generally you can change the tape about one month.

2.Can I play sports and swim in it?

Certainly! you can go for a swim with the wig. When swimming, we suggest to wear a swimming cap. Because the sea water or pool water is not good for hair, it will make the hair tangle and rough. It`s better to wash it with warm water, with hair shampoo and hair conditioner after swimming, playing sports.

3.The hair is 100% human hair？

We are selling nice virgin hair, which is natural and nice. It is 100% human hair, and top virgin hair.

4.Can your hair be dyed? Can you dyed for me?

We are sorry that we don't have color service available now. But our hair can be dyed or bleached. We suggest you can dye the color you want  by yourself or your stylist if possible

5.How long will be shipped after I place an order?

Our shipping date is 1-2 working days after you made the payment

6.How can i put it ,do you have salon nearly my address ?

you can put by salon or yourself ,we can send you the video to help you .Bekinghair has partnered with some salons to provide hair system-related services for our customers all over the world.you can send the address for us by whatsApp to check the salon address .

7.How should my hair style be designed?

Regarding hair styling, our wig is 6 inches long, which is enough for you to design your favorite hairstyle. You can discuss this issue with your hair stylist.

8.Will the lace match my skin color?

Our laces and skins are transparent, allowing your natural skin tone to show through. Even if you tan during the summer, the base will remain invisible. Some of our systems do offer different color bases and we would be happy to accomodate.

9.can you send the glue together?

Due to customs restrictions, we can not send glue overseas,you can order it by Amazon or Ebay,any problems you have ,you can contact us by whatsApp ,Our colleagues will give you better advice.

10,How can i get my size ?

You can measure according to the measurement method we provide or contact us by whatsapp and email ,Our colleagues will give you better suggestion.

About shipment

1.Which express do you use? How long can I receive the parcel?

We use DHL or Fedex. Generally, the delivery time about 4-6 days。

2.Do I need to pay the customs duty?

Due to different countries' Custom policy, import package might be (not 100% will) charged Custom duty, this is random cost and charged by Custom so our free shipping not includes this cost, so please kindly note the Custom duty should be paid by buyer once it happens.

3.Can it be shipped to remote areas?

Generally, we can ship to most of the countries and regions worldwide, but individual places may be charged $35 remote fees. If the zip code in the area can not be found on the express delivery system, we will not be able to ship it.

4.Do I need to pay the shipping fee?

Free shipping all over the world,but the remote area you need to pay $35 remote fee.

1.Which payment methods can I use?

We support pay by Paypal and Credit Card. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to order, you can pay with Credit/Debit Card directly. Any problems you have , please kindly contact with us by whatsapp or email

2.Why is my card declined?

Sometimes when your card is expired, insufficient balance, or poor credit (maybe have a record of Charge back or others) will lead to card declined when paying. When your are declined, you can call your bank for the problems. Or you can try your another card.

3.If I pay on your website, Is my personal information safe?

We are sure the legit website, which has been certified by the card organization. So please don`t worry about that. Your payment information is kept by your bank or card organization, not saved by us. We only use your shipping info for delivery. Your information is safe and we will keep your information confidential.

4.How do I use my coupon code?
